Florida Product Restrictions

We comply with all Florida and federal laws governing the sale and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and related products. Below are the restrictions applicable to Florida residents.

Shipping Restrictions for Firearms

Semi-Automatic Rifle Restrictions

Semi-Automatic Shotgun Restrictions

Handgun Restrictions

1. Must be 21+ to purchase from an FFL.

2. No permit required to own, but permit is required for concealed carry.

Firearm Magazine Restrictions

Ammunition Restrictions

Firearm Accessory Restrictions

1. Bump stocks are banned under state law.

2. Suppressors are legal with ATF tax stamp approval.

Pepper Spray Restrictions

1. Legal for self-defense up to 2 oz without a permit.

2. Larger canisters require a permit.

Knife Restrictions

1. Concealed carry of certain knives (e.g., dirks, switchblades) is prohibited without a license.
